1. Product Definition
Power-coated straight trough cable tray is the basic main material of trough cable trays, and it is the straight wiring part of the entire wiring system. It uses galvanized steel sheet as the base material, with electrostatic powder spraying treatment on the surface. The whole is a U-shaped closed trough, which can be used with a cover plate. It is used for laying cables in straight sections, and cooperates with accessories such as elbows, tees, and supports to form a complete cable laying channel.
2. Structural Features
- Fully enclosed trough structureThe U-shaped box-type closed cavity forms a closed wire trough with the cover plate, which has the effects of dust prevention, rat prevention and foreign matter prevention. At the same time, it can weaken electromagnetic interference, and is very suitable for network cables, communication cables, control cables and low-voltage power cables. Compared with the open ladder tray, the trough tray provides better protection for cables.
- End connecting wings + mounting holesLong oval connecting holes are reserved on the side plates at both ends of the tray. When two straight trays are butted, bolts are used to pass through the holes for locking and fixing. 3. Surface Process: Electrostatic Powder Spraying
A layer of epoxy resin powder is attached to the surface of the galvanized base material by electrostatic spraying process, and then formed through high-temperature curing.
- Advantages: Its anti-corrosion and anti-rust ability is better than that of ordinary electro-galvanized trays; the surface is smooth and beautiful, not easy to rust; it has good insulation; the color can be customized, gray and white are the most commonly used in engineering.
- Limitations: It is not suitable for long-term immersion and strong acid and alkali chemical environments; hot-dip galvanized trays are preferred for outdoor high-salt spray scenarios.
4. Common Specifications
Specification mark: Width × Height (mm), which matches the supporting accessories such as elbows and tees with the same size. Common specifications: 100×50, 200×100, 300×100, 400×150, 600×200. Plate thickness: Select according to the cable load. Choose thin plates for weak current wiring, and thickened plates for large-section power cables. Conventional single-section length: 2 meters per piece, and 3 meters can also be customized.
5. Application Scenarios
Mainly used for indoor comprehensive wiring scenarios: office buildings, shopping malls, basements, computer rooms, indoor strong and weak current engineering in factories, data centers. It is mostly used in suspended ceilings, cable trenches and equipment rooms for laying network cables, monitoring lines, fire control lines and low-voltage power cables.
6. Installation Key Points
- Splice multiple sections of straight trays, align the ports and tighten the bolts. Engineering specifications require the installation of grounding jumpers to ensure continuous electrical conduction.
- Fix the tray through supports and hangers, determine the support spacing according to the load, and prevent the tray from deforming and sagging.
- Fasten the cover plate after the cable laying is completed to protect the cables.
